FAQs

The basics:
  • Please verify all your information is correct prior to submitting your order.  If you are ordering a monogram please place it in the order you would like it on your garment. (i.e. first(LAST)middle)
  • Expect to see a proof/digital mock up of your design prior to completion. Your order will be completed only after final approval has been received. 
  • While we strive for perfection, mistakes happen. If you purchased an item from XO Jessica and it is damaged or incorrect due to our error, please let us know and we will create a new item for you, or give you a refund.(This does not included errors made by you at time of order) 
  • We are not responsible for damages that may happen to your item while in our care. Again, we take utmost care to prevent mistakes, but they do happen. Should your item become damaged while in our care, we will not replace them. Should this occur, you will not be charged any decoration fees. 
Turn Around Time:
  • Standard turnaround time is 10-15 business days plus shipping time. Should you need your item more quickly, please contact us directly so that we may accommodate you. A rush fee and or additional shipping charges may apply.

Refunds:

  • Due to the custom nature of our items, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges.

Taxes:

  • We collect sales tax to all local and North Carolina residents per the law. Any tax due will be charged to you at the time of billing. 
  • If you are an organization that is tax exempt please scan and email a copy of your tax exempt documents for our records.
  • If you are a wholesale client, please send us documentation of such for our records.

Shipping:

  • We offer porch pick up in the Charlotte area. Please select the local pick up option at checkout to utilize this feature.
  • Traditional shipping is done at your expense, and via priority mail as a standard. If you would like an alternate shipping method please contact us directly.
